Migrant Health Worker – Carroll/Patrick County

Full time position available; assists seasonal farm workers & their families in having access to medical, behavioral health, and dental services provided by SVCHS by performing interpretation, providing transportation, outreach and some case mgmt.; must be able to speak Spanish; clean driving record preferred.
