Tryfacta is seeking a Mental Health Worker for our clients in Concord, NH 03301. This role is an 6 month contract assignment. Schedule: 3PM - 11PM and 11PM - 7AM (40 hours, every other weekend is a must) Job Duties Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions. Assist in creating a safe and therapeutic environment for patients in a psychiatric hospital setting. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. Monitor patients' well-being and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel. Engage in therapeutic activities and provide emotional support to patients. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and progress.
