Critical Skills And Qualifications
  • Experience selling to or working in key BioPharma / Med Dev. functions: commercial teams within a brand or therapeutic area, Analytics, or Med Affairs teams
  • Experience negotiating and closing multi-year service contracts
  • Experience in account planning and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • A powerful work ethic with energy, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
  • 7+ years of individual, quota-carrying selling experience in BioPharma / Med Device, with significant time spent serving enterprise accounts
  • Deep domain expertise in Biopharma / Med Device, especially in use of multiple data sources to solve business problems; expert knowledge of the drug / device commercialization process
  • Superior communication skills and proficiency crafting compelling narratives using MS Office tools
  • A. or B.S. degree
Primary Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed renewal and expansion quotas
  • Grow sales with 20-40 existing mid-market accounts, collaborate with sales specialists to identify growth opportunities across therapeutic areas
  • Initiate conversations about new opportunities and partner with DHC Sales Specialists to develop and close opportunities
  • Work with the Customer Experience organization to optimize usage and value of DHC services
  • Lead critical renewals conversations and navigate complex RFx processes
  • Go “high and wide” in accounts to build relationships with potential buyers and influencers; take a consultative approach to identify client issues that DHC can solve
  • Accurately forecast opportunities and utilize CRM to manage your portfolio
