Job Summary

Manages the development and implementation of plans for inspecting, testing, and evaluating software product functions and features.

Job Requirements

• Manages the development and implementation of plans for inspecting, testing, and evaluating software product functions and features.Develops, publishes, and monitors product QA and test plans for each phase of the development cycle.Plans all resources and schedules for functional and performance QA work. Oversees the selection of the QA and testing tool-kit.Tracks, reports-on, and works towards improvement of quality assurance metrics.Oversees performance of individual team members and team as a whole. Identifies and addresses staff training and development needs.

Education

IC - Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience.

The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $200,000 – $235,000. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
