Ai Quality Assurance Engineer

Our flagship product is Hello AI, a revolutionary chatbot app that uses state-of-the-art natural language processing and machine learning algorithms to help users learn new languages, improve their writing skills, and have engaging conversations.

We are seeking a talented and experienced QA Engineer to join our team and help us ensure that our apps and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

As a QA Engineer at Air Apps, you will work closely with our development and product teams to design, implement, and execute test plans and strategies, and to identify and report issues and bugs.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and report issues and bugs, and work with our development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Continuously improve our testing processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in product design and development discussions to ensure that quality is built into our apps and services from the start.
• Develop and maintain test cases and documentation, and track and report testing progress and results.
• Design, implement, and execute manual and automated test plans and strategies for our apps and services.
• Collaborate with our development and product teams to ensure that our apps and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Experience with manual and automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or TestNG.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
