3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance

2-4 years prior experience in Quality Assurance.

Previous split with automation and manual testing experience (must be hands on with both recently)

Designing and executing manual and automated tests to ensure the quality and accuracy of reports, dashboards, and visualizations.

Collaborating with developers, data analysts, and business users to identify and resolve defects in reports, dashboards, and visualizations.

Application Support Role and Responsibilities

●Develop Knowledge Base articles to document troubleshooting steps and solutions

●Previous manual testing experience is helpful, not required

●Remote desktop tools, RDP and WebEx

●Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly to individuals with varied backgrounds and skill levels.

●Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully.

·Position requires Salesforce experience and a good understanding of testing processes.

·Experience with automated testing would be a plus.
