Member Experience Manager


About the Job:


HirePlace is hiring for a Member Experience Manager for an enterprise healthcare provider. This role is responsible for measurement, data analytics and management of the member experience team. The three core goals of this role include:


  • Improve Member Experience Measurements and Analytics
  • Improve Net Promoter Score
  • Help provide more useful, timely information for members


Job Responsibilities:


  • Identifies, implements and manages process improvements and agile solutions within Member Experience Areas.
  • Collaborate with work groups to come up with new strategies.
  • Collaborates decisions with senior IT leadership.
  • Prepares thorough and articulate executive summaries for senior leadership.
  • Budgeting.
  • Serve as Member Experience SME to leadership.
  • Ensures adherence to practices, procedures, precedents, policy and senior leadership direction.
  • Sets, articulates and oversees achievement of goals for team
  • Responsible for direct oversight of staff, tactical execution and implementation of operational plans.



Work Requirements:


  • Experience navigating an IT forward organization.
  • Expert-level ability to communicate highly complex technical information clearly and articulately at all levels and audiences
  • Experience mentoring and coaching other leaders is highly preferred
  • 3+ years related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education.
  • High level cross functional communication internally and externally
  • Must have the ability to develop partnerships with other departments and leaders to push initiative and participate in collaboration.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with SDLC
  • High level problem solving. Identify problems AND find solutions.
  • 3+ years Management of People
  • Preferred experience in using Agile methodology
  • Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience IT related field
