Job Description
Medical Receptionists Asheville, NC 28803
As a Medical Receptionists you will work with a team to answer a multi-line telephone system and direct calls to appropriate staff, manage scheduling for 5 physicians and confirming patient appointments, greet visitors, complete patient registration before appointments, and manage incoming and outgoing medical record request.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years working experience in a physician"s office utilizing electronic medical record systems to perform the primary duties listed above.
Strong computer experience is a must as we do not have paper charts.
Ability to quickly identify clinical details to initiate patient assistance.
Understanding of ICD-9/10 & CPT coding and medical billing.
