Description of Work Recruiting for three (3) vacant positions, 60087860, 60087907, and 60087816. POSITION TYPE: 12 Month, SHRA FLSA Non-Exempt, Mandatory, 1.0 FTE HIRING SALARY RANGE:$31,200 - $33,492 Hiring salary will be determined based on experience, equity, budget, and market considerations. Description of Duties: This is to fill three (3) 1st shift (7:00 a.m.

  • Complete the cleaning of all dorms, including moving furniture, cleaning windows, restrooms, showers, lounges, hallways, and windows.

  • Complete the cleaning of residence halls between summer workshops.

  • Provide a list of materials needed to keep in inventory for the housekeeping.

  • 4:00 p.m.) Housekeeper positions. Positions report to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Duties include, but not limited to, cleaning and care of dormitories, offices and public areas, perform basic cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, dusting, disinfecting, sanitizing, vacuuming, stripping and waxing floors, etc., to keep working areas in a clean and orderly condition. Fill dispensers such as tissue and soap with the proper product and amount. Perform physically strenuous activities such as moving furniture and operating buffers, carpet machines, and other cleaning equipment, listen and respond to customer needs promptly and respectfully, and other duties as requested by the supervisor.Work is routine and repetitive in nature and may require strenuous physical exertion.
