Marketing Coordinator

• Our Marketing Coordinators are responsible for marketing our services to nursing facilities and communities within their assigned territory. This position is not office-based.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key facility staff to ensure retention of services within contracting facilities
• Travel within designated regions to visit potential partner facilities and current contracts
• Meet regularly with potential contracting entities and/or their corporate managers to discuss onsite services provided by IBH
• Obtain contracts from new facilities and initiate the facility onboarding process and admission meetings
• Work with the Facility Operations team to ensure delivery of services as outlined in the facility contract
• Occasional overnight visits possible
• Create and maintain a pipeline of long-term care facilities to ensure constant flow of potential contracts

Marketing Coordinator Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing or other health related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• At least 2 years experience working in healthcare, behavioral health marketing, or long term care organizations
• Willingness to travel daily within the designated region

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
This position routinely visits nursing homes and assisted living facilities which require staff and visitors to be fully vaccinated. Therefore, this position requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

• Mental healthcare: 2 years (Required)
