Medical Aesthetician Jobs

Purpose: We are seeking an experienced and energetic medical aesthetician who has a true passion for skin care and results-oriented treatments. Our aestheticians provide outstanding service and exceptional care to our patients and focus on educating patients about the products and services we provide that will help them achienve their skincare goals.

Job Duties:

• Communicates patient concerns and needs to the provider
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
• Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization
• Coordinates with clinic staff to ensure a positive patient flow, waiting room, and exam room experience
• Must be professional in appearance and demeanor, dependable, and punctual.
• Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; answering patients' questions
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
• Treatment responsibilities include chemical peels, facials, dermaplanes, HydrafacialMD, Vanquish and laser prep
• Provides timely responses to patient inquiries and timely completion of assigned tasks
• Cares deeply about patients and is always willing to go the extra mile
• Assists in routine clerical functions
• Maintain work area, treatment rooms, supplies, medications
• Consultation responsibilities include all aesthetic and laser services, product regimens, and pre-/post-treatment care
• Prepares patients to be seen by various providers, collects health histories and changes as required by the healthcare provider
• Assists provider with collection, documentation, processing, and verification of information related to patient care in our EHR
