Marketing Project Manager - Remote | Wfh

We are currently seeking a talented Marketing Project Manager to join our in-house team on a direct-hire basis. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with our content and creative teams to ensure that all campaign intake requirements are met. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who has experience with reviewing briefs, allocating resources, and facilitating kickoffs.
Based in the northern suburbs of Chicago, this is a hybrid role that requires you to be onsite for three days and remote for two. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing all creative reviews to a production timeline to ensure that projects are following the timeline. You will also be responsible for managing production requests such as flyers, billboards, and presentations. Additionally, you will make edits to collateral via Adobe/InDesign and act as an admin for the project management tool, WorkFront (previously Jira Service Desk).
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have experience working with Workfront and/or similar project management tools. You should also have strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple high-volume projects at once. With at least 2+ years of corporate in-house and/or agency experience, you will be a valuable asset to our team.
