Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory, the leading risk services practice, is where this Campaign Marketer (CM) will focus on driving marketing that will create the impact, value and relevance of services and solutions related to our Emerging Market Opportunities (EMOs). At a high level, the CM works closely with the Portfolio Marketer to interpret marketing strategies and then develops client-first, cutting-edge marketing campaigns - and collaborates with the Green Dot Agency (GDA), Deloitte's in-house agency, to then build the creative assets and unique experiences to engage our clients. Ultimately, we strive to deliver on the strategy of our businesses in the marketplace; and capture the hearts, minds, and loyalty of our clients.

The Team
Deloitte's Marketing Excellence team combines the power of Deloitte's brand with the most inspired marketing techniques to produce business results for our clients. From events to social media to digital strategy and execution, we elevate the Deloitte brand and strategic positioning, delivering a cohesive, consistent experience. The team brings together creative and technology skills, business insights, and industry best practices to develop innovative creative assets that engage our clients. It also executes with agility and measurable performance through best-of-breed solutions, centralization of key information and operations, and optimization of data, tools, people and process.

The Role

As the Advisory EMO Campaign Marketer focused on Sustainability, Climate & Equity (SC&E), you will develop and execute campaigns focused on the SC&E offering portfolio and other EMOs such as Trust, Blockchain/digital assets, and 5G. You will often be the connection between the EMO Portfolio Marketer and our Green Dot Agency (GDA). In collaboration with the GDA you will develop the campaign briefs, determine campaign tactics, oversee execution of the campaign, and measure campaign performance to adapt as necessary.

Responsibilities

Manage the design and execution of FY24 marketing campaigns (aligned to the business priorities). Work closely with the EMO and SC&E leadership, Advisory Commercial Office, and Industry marketers to help execute our strategic marketing campaigns and tactics.
  • Create strategic briefs (business cases) that can be executed by the GDA
  • Work across the EMO team to develop a process and track event-related ROI (contact collection, follow-up communications, sales/account hand-off, Jupiter input, etc.)
  • Articulate clear, compelling value propositions through our subject matter experts and innovate how content (POVs, Client Stories, LinkedIn Live events, etc.) is developed and delivered to increase client engagement

Be a brand ambassador for the Advisory business and our EMOs. Working with Offering Portfolio and Industry marketers, elevate how we communicate Advisory's value-add, client-first positioning, and differentiation in Advisory-wide campaigns.
  • Build external awareness for our TMA offerings through innovative campaigns across digital, social and client experience channels

Get closer to our target clients and/or audience (prospects).
  • Obtain feedback to drive marketing that moves the needle for relationships, revenue and reputation.
  • Partner with the Deloitte ecosystem to drive more value (Labs, Innovation, global)
  • Engage with Lead Business Partners, sales enablement teams, and our industry strategic marketers to help drive EMO marketing content to our Advantaged Client Portfolio of accounts.

Measure impact and monitor resources. Ensure proper prioritization and utilization of appropriate resources with the EMO Senior Marketing Manager, who will oversee marketing strategy and execution of campaign activities.
  • Seek efficiencies in how work is delivered in our Agile pod and manage GDA hours to achieve highest and best use and create transformative outcomes.
  • Plan and track marketing budgets for campaigns

Define metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success, activity, and channel levels to inform future tactics, liaising with the GDA

Creative and Digital skills
  • Manages print, digital, and video production projects
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, preferably Eloqua or Salesforce
  • Understands tactics involved in multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (paid social, display, mobile, ppc) to reach, audience targeting and how they can be used to drive business results

Technical skills
  • Leverages technology to support and enhance communication processes

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300-$173,300.
