We are seeking a skilled and motivated Account Executive to join our team and take charge of customer acquisition and onboarding for our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and acquiring new customers. As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new customers and to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for our customers, guiding them through the online order process and helping them maximize the value of our platform. You will be the main point of contact for customers, establishing strong relationships and providing exceptional service.


  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with internal teams, such as technical support and product development, to resolve any technical or functional problems that may arise during onboarding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Build relationships with clients and partners.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, onboarding progress, and relevant information in our system. Generate reports and provide regular updates to management on onboarding status, customer feedback, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Provide feedback and insights gathered from customer interactions to contribute to product enhancements and improvements.
  • Customer Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, including initial consultations, system setup, configuration, and training. Ensure customers have a smooth transition onto our e-commerce platform. Ensure customers are equipped with the knowledge to effectively use the system.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, customer acquisition, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address customer concerns and find appropriate resolutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Experience in the meat industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple customer onboarding processes simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or customer success within the e-commerce industry.
