Job Description
Arc XP is looking for an experienced, bilingual marketing manager to own and lead all aspects of our marketing efforts in Latin America.
The Marketing Manager – LATAM will report to the Director of Demand Generation and work closely with our Marketing, Sales and Account Management teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition in the LATAM region.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing company in in a dynamic market (digital experience platforms/content management systems). You’ll work with an international team to build on Arc XP’s reputation and momentum in Latin America and make a big impact on our business.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify marketing collateral needs and manage collateral creation for the LATAM region, including creation of new collateral targeted to LATAM market needs as well as adaptation and translation of global collateral for the LATAM market
  • Work with the Sr. Product Marketing Manager to develop product messaging tailored to the specific needs of the LATAM market
  • Work with the Global Events Lead to plan and execute successful events in the LATAM market, including both live and virtual Arc XP-hosted and sponsored tradeshow activities
  • Work with Arc XP Marketing and Sales leadership to develop a marketing plan and budget for the LATAM region, to include events, social media, content development, lead generation campaigns, and other tactics to achieve defined goals
  • Work with the Digital Marketing team to manage Arc XP’s social media presence for the LATAM region
  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns to the LATAM region, end-to-end. From planning, creative and copy, media planning, execution, tracking, and analyzing results
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of LATAM marketing efforts and provide recommendations
Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task, problem-solve and prioritize competing needs
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required, with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in both languages. Spanish as a first language preferred.
  • Knowledge of Latin American business practices and business culture
  • 5+ years relevant marketing experience, preferably in technology, enterprise software or SaaS platforms
  • Experience creating marketing plans and managing budgets
  • Bachelor’s in a marketing-related field, or equivalent experience

The Washington Post includes salary ranges for certain positions to comply with local pay transparency laws. The salary range for this position is:
89,100.00 - 148,500.00 USD Annual
The actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
