Manager, Advanced Demand Planning and SI&OP Integration

We’re recruiting for a Manager, Advanced Demand Planning and SI&OP Integration based at our corporate headquarters in the Fulton Market District of Chicago, IL with a hybrid work schedule.

Position Summary
In this role, you will develop the capability for SKU level sell-through forecast, understand SKU level inventory at branch level and ultimately create a SKU level sell-to forecast. This is a critical role to improve end to end inventory quality. You will recommend what orders distributors should place to improve service to dealers and contractors. You will also own complete demand planning for Retail business. Your expertise may be required to develop SI&OP capability in new acquisitions. You will apply a variety of planning and execution discipline practices and procedures, relying on experience, judgment and business knowledge to plan and accomplish goals.
Your Primary Duties And Responsibilities Will Be
Channel Insights
- Develop SKU level sell-through forecast capability and linkage to production plan. Understand SKU level inventory at branch level and ultimately create a SKU level sell-to forecast.
- Partner with IT and Sales Ops to implement the right IT tool for this capability.
- Partner with sales and sales operations and recommend what orders certain branches of distributors need to place to improve service to their dealers and contractors.
- Capture other leading indicators on shifting patterns in sell-through demand and send sell-to signals to right size inventory at AZEK. Partner with Product Management on these insights.
Retail
- Lead the biweekly Home Depot meetings with sales and sometime with Home Depot itself to improve service at BDC’s and FDC’s
- Own end to end inventory and service dashboards for Retail business.
- Own the complete demand planning for Retail business.
SI&OP and Inventory Management Capability
- JDE/SAP/ERP Forecast X/Hana/IBP/APO tools
- Develop SI&OP capability or certain elements of enhanced planning, as needed.
- Develop SI&OP capability or certain elements of enhanced planning, as needed.
- Develop demand planning and inventory management capability at StruXure.
- Develop Plan for Every Part at Ultralox and fit for purpose inventory management practices.
- Develop SI&OP capability in other acquisitions, as needed (e.g., Intex)

Core Competencies
Education: Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Preferred Professional Experience: You should have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with a minimum 3 years’ experience in SI&OP/production/demand/supply planning in a multi-site manufacturing environment. Candidates from non-supply chain disciplines are encouraged to apply if they feel they have the aptitude and attitude for this role.
Compensation for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The annual salary for this role is $107,000 to $129,000. In addition to base salary, we offer generous bonus and incentive opportunities that significantly increase earning potential.
