Job Description
As Manager, Omni-Commerce Demand Planning, you will own and manage best in class omni-commerce Demand Platform (Instacart, DoorDash, Shipt) partnerships through development of business plans and strategies that deliver profitable growth, in collaboration with Director of OMNI Grocery and Demand Platforms and Omni commercial. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


  • Work with omni strategy team on demand planning forecast supported by consumption reports
  • Collaborating for Success - Work with omni category leads to plan, execute and track DP marketing plan effectiveness, identifying and implementing growth initiatives to achieve strategic goals.
  • Make things happen - Translate brand priorities from briefs and build into successful omnichannel marketing plans, working cross functionally to ensure best possible product to meet sales and share targets.
  • Content Strategy - Work with content managers to implement content improvements on all managed retailers: Syndication, New Items, Basic content, SEO optimized content, Enhanced Content, Brand Stores
  • Communication is Key - Communicate opportunities, issues, and trends to commercial and marketing teams in monthly quarterly and annual business reviews
  • Tracking Trends - Develop and maintain a professional knowledge of new or emerging trends within omni and delivery verticals
  • Drive results - Drive search and retail media performance, optimization review, and act as lead platform contact for external omni agency


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS


  • Worked on Instacart ads, Amazon central or other RMN platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, including Macros, V-Lookups and Pivot Tables
  • Skilled project manager with experience in strategic planning and execution
  • 2-3 years’ experience in CPG eCommerce marketing or eCommerce preferred
