MARKETING DIRECTOR


Overview: Develop and execute Marketing and PR plan globally to drive strategic and cohesive messaging and activities across all brand channels. Responsible for overseeing day-day execution of brand strategy, seasonal brand campaign and awareness efforts including Campaign, Ecomm, PR, Collaborations, Celebrity and Influencer marketing, Events, Retail marketing as well as regional and distributor needs. This leader will work to ensure strength and consistency in consumer and business channels to support the worldwide growth of the brand

  • Reporting and analysis of ROI for future planning – including, but not limited to impressions, engagement, traffic and selling.
  • Collaborate with HQ Marketing team to support marketing strategy and communication efforts for all teams.
  • Partner with Design, Merchandising, Planning, Ecomm, Stores Operations and Franchise worldwide.
  • Source and manage collaboration programs and awareness efforts worldwide, including but not limited to sourcing and negotiating programs with brand partners, events, sponsorships, etc.
  • Act as the liaison between marketing and partner teams in the US and internationally to ensure all brand and category needs are being met and supported, reviewing programs and making recommendations based on business objectives.
  • The ideal candidate has extensive experience in brand marketing, ecomm marketing, campaign ideation, celebrity, collaborations and retail marketing. Experience working on a global brand and with multiple agencies and licensee partners is strongly preferred
  • Manage all PR, Celebrity programs worldwide, including but not limited to PR agencies, broadcast, stylists, talent seeding, talent procurement, relationships. Expand relationships to ensure resources are maximizing brand exposure and awareness.
  • Support on photoshoot concept, ideation and production – including, but not limited to creative, budget and distribution of assets to all partners, agencies and PR effort to drive brand equity conversation
  • Oversee go-to-market strategies for Annual and Seasonal launches, ensuring the delivery of assets, materials and business objectives to all teams and partners.
  • Communicate strategy and plans to all agencies, category partners; including but not limited to ecomm stories, campaign messaging, capsules, media and PR releases.
  • Point of contact for all licensees, managing marketing requests and ensuring a streamlined process for communication, asset needs, activations, more.
  • Manage and review reporting on marketing efforts executed internally and with partnering teams to support productive and successful future marketing.
  • Oversee digital marketing and social media team on content and influencer marketing – brand messaging by channel, and top tier talent procurement is being secured and scaled for efficiency and brand engagement.
