You have the opportunity to join our dynamic, heart-centered, and mission-driven team as the Lead Copywriter - writing for our Coaching Certification (life coaching) division as well as our Life & Transformation division (personal development).

As the Lead Copywriter on our team, you are responsible for these strategic focuses:

• Email Marketing: Create email marketing assets with high deliverability, open rates, and click through rates while maintaining low opt-out rates
• Landing Pages: Craft compelling, congruent copy for landing pages to ensure the highest conversion rates possible while generating intentional conversions.
• Content Creation: Create high interest content, including blog articles and videos, that generate large flows of organic traffic and attract our avatar client to our properties and ultimately, our community.
• Magnet Development: Develop lead magnets that speak to our ideal clients’ challenges, pain points, aspirations and dreams - to serve this audience by providing immense value to them while acting as an entry point for our marketing funnels.
• Sales Pages & VSLs: Design copy for sales pages and VSLs that produce stellar conversion rates and lead to strong sales results for all types of traffic coming to our sales pages.

• You have experience writing copy in the personal development industry

• You’re a storyteller - you have the ability to tell engaging and inspiring stories that capture your audience and move them emotionally while infusing these stories with direct response strategies to drive conversions.

Required Experience & Proficiencies:

• Research Tools - Keyword Planner, Google Trends, BuzzSumo, Facebook Insights, SEO tools, Amazon, YouTube, etc.
• 5+ years experience writing direct response copy and a proven track record.
• Communication Tools - Google Meet, Skype, Zoom
• Asana Task Management System (or similar + ability to learn immediately)
• Access to high speed internet (capable of regular video conferencing), a dedicated and distraction free work space and able to meet all requirements of this role while working remotely.
• 1 year experience as a “Lead Copywriter”
• 5+ years experience writing copy in the personal development and coaching industry.
• Great understanding of A.I. and how to create prompts to produce high quality copy
• Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
• Google Apps - Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive
