Job Description
Crawford Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Communications & Change Management Manager, Acquisition Integration for a technology enterprise client of ours. This role will partner with the company’s Communications and Change Management Lead to provide Acquisition Integration marketing communications and change management services to the client for each deal.

Responsibilities:Develop Deal Communication Assets:
Collaborate with the Communications and Change Manager Lead to develop assets using existing templates but customized for each deal
Enhance and update templates as needed to meet the unique requirements of each acquisition
Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and design across all communication assets
Manage timeline and asset prioritization
Change Management Support:
Assist the Communications and Change Manager Lead in implementing change management processes and activities
Contribute to developing and improving change management templates, such as stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and plans
Support the execution of change management communication plans, ensuring stakeholders are informed, engaged, and supported throughout the integration process
Communication Planning and Execution:
Collaborate with Lead on cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive communication plans for acquisitions
Utilize templates to create effective communication materials, such as presentations, newsletters, FAQs, reference guides, and announcements
Adapt and customize templates to align with each acquisition's specific needs and goals
Manage online acquisition integration activities including the creation or updating of webpages for acquisitions, and internal team communities
Lead documentation posting and web copy/identifiers (work with the internal Web team to finalize )
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with stakeholders, including the client team, executives, and external partners, to understand their communication needs and concerns
Facilitate communication channels, address questions, and provide updates to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the integration process
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and support
Process Improvement and Tools:
Identify opportunities to improve communication processes and streamline workflows
Research and evaluate new tools, technologies, and templates to enhance communication effectiveness and efficiency
Collaborate with the team to implement new processes and tools, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization
Document and maintain the service process
Measurement and Reporting:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of communication and change management efforts
Track and analyze data to measure the impact of communication activities and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Prepare regular reports on the progress of integration activities, highlighting successes, challenges, and key learnings
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing communications, change management, or a similar role for an enterprise organization
Strong proficiency in using templates to develop communication assets and improve processes
Demonstrated ability to adapt and customize templates to meet specific communication needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and design
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies
Experience in customer experience or acquisition integration is highly desirable
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in using various communication tools and software including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneDrive, and, SharePoint
Location: Remote, U.S.
Duration: 1-year consulting
Rate: $2600/weekly W-2 employee of Crawford Group; benefits available (Our pay ranges are determined based on skills, experience, and location)
