Job Description
What You'll Do:
As an Integration Manager in our Workplace Savings and Retirement Solutions (WSRS) team, you'll facilitate the payroll data integration to help streamline the electronic data interchange (EDI) for our clients. You'll ensure timely, accurate, and secure integrations through file testing while providing professional communication throughout both internally and externally.

Your day will be filled with:

  • Applying effective client service and project management practices to ensure a smooth conversion.
  • Troubleshooting and analyzing daily errors for existing integration projects, working with internal resources and external payroll providers.
  • Partnering with internal Principal team to establish the process of new EDI integrations between Principal's recordkeeping system and client payroll providers.
  • Proactively connect with clients and market our payroll solutions both internally and externally to existing and prospective clients.
Who You Are:
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a changing environment
  • Working knowledge of business processes, financial service products, and systems and be technically aware
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Have a high attention to detail and be able to multi-task
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, High school diploma or equivalent experience required, and 6+ years related work experience
  • Must have strong initiative, be results oriented
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $18.41 - $35.19 / hour Additional Information:

Location

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
