Marketing Analyst - Remote - Us

We’re looking for an amazing Marketing Analyst to fill this role. You’ll be responsible for working among Holland America Line’s Paid Media team to drive in-depth insights of paid media outcomes. The Paid Media Analyst will be responsible for leading reporting deliverables and testing strategy with multi-channel Paid Media strategies and diverse reporting requirements. The role will create a big-picture narrative that will articulate the contribution of media to marketing leadership .

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with broader marketing team to share learnings and best practices
• Create dashboards and campaign performance reports, along with data visualizations for presentations
• Lead internal media team communication and presentation of analysis to broader marketing group
• This role manages the communication of digital media performance as it relates to the Holland America Line’s paid media in market and planned media expenditures to positively impact the business
• Test, iterate, and improve on paid media messages, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies
• Drive paid media measurement tools and methodology to evaluate paid media profit contribution to Holland America Line
• Data analysis and reporting, monitoring tests, and identifying growth opportunities, for day-to-day account execution
• Develop a thorough understanding of the customer journey in order to report on the impact of paid media campaign strategy, execution and optimization
• Create dashboards and campaign performance reports, along with data visualizations for presentations
• This role serves as a leader and contributor to the function of media at Holland America Line and help to articulate and the value of media to internal teams and leadership

Requirements

• Familiarity with ad platforms and technologies (Meta & Google, etc.)
• Proficient in their use of various data visualization programs such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, and PowerPoint
• 3 years of Media or Marketing Analytics experience
• Ability to work well with individuals at various levels in various departments
• Advanced knowledge of the capabilities of Paid Media trafficking platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Search Ads 360, and Facebook Business Manager
• Understanding of attribution and true-lift tools and measurement capabilities
• Experience in Paid Media across multiple digital paid media channels, including search, display, and social
• Advanced knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and simple macro
• Proficient in their use of various analytics related programs such as Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics and has a working knowledge of advanced analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics

• Base Salary Range: $67,800.00 to $91,500.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
