The program manager – Talent Acquisition will lead key initiatives on behalf of Talent Acquisition that will ultimately serve to create a best-in-class customer experience that is easy, efficient, transparent, personal and respectful. This leader should be excellent at stakeholder management, influencing without authority, and must have a bias for action as they lead key priorities for the Starbucks Talent Acquisition organization.
As a program manager, you will…

• Drive decisions by influencing decision makers; balance risk across multiple projects, programs and functions
• Collaborate with and influence a cross- functional team to deliver a complex, multi-year, multifaceted program.
• Ensure alignment of key strategic programs within Talent Acquisition by bringing key stakeholders along through proven communication and stakeholder management strategies

We’d Love To Hear From People With

• 6 yrs Mentoring other project managers in program and project management.
• 8 yrs application of industry-based project management methodologies and tools.
• 8 yrs General business experience in large, matrixed organizations.
• 4-Year degree preferred, PMP considered
• 8 yrs managing complex large-scale business or information technology projects.
• 8 yrs building and mentoring teams.
