As a program manager, you will…
- Drive decisions by influencing decision makers; balance risk across multiple projects, programs and functions
- Collaborate with and influence a cross- functional team to deliver a complex, multi-year, multifaceted program.
- Ensure alignment of key strategic programs within Talent Acquisition by bringing key stakeholders along through proven communication and stakeholder management strategies
- 6 yrs Mentoring other project managers in program and project management.
- 8 yrs application of industry-based project management methodologies and tools.
- 8 yrs General business experience in large, matrixed organizations.
- 4-Year degree preferred, PMP considered
- 8 yrs managing complex large-scale business or information technology projects.
- 8 yrs building and mentoring teams.
