Market Research Analyst I Or Ii

The Market Research Analyst provides the organization with insights into customers’ needs, perceptions, satisfaction and preferences to guide business decisions. Market Research Analyst understands the business objectives, selects the appropriate survey method to measure, collect and analyze the data into actionable items, reports and presentations. Also works closely with internal customers and external vendors to achieve these objectives.

This is a hybrid position with some work in the office and some remote.

Analyze data sets and turn information into actionable recommendations that drive business value. Design surveys to measure customer satisfaction and experience. Understand questionnaire design and select the most appropriate survey methodology. Write reports and presentations for internal customers. Lead the online panel and transactional studies working with all levels within the organization and external vendors. Communicate with internal customers to understand and document their business objectives. Research market and industry trends to identify best practices and make recommendations. Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree is required. Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint. Strong written and oral communication. Strong analytical, critical thinking and interpersonal skills.

Advanced degree or degrees in marketing or market research are preferred. Experience with data visualization. Strong attention to detail. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Normal office environment. Some travel to vendor locations.

Primarily sitting with some standing and walking.
