REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current CPR (or attained within 3 months of employment).
• Listed with DHSR Nurse Aide Registry as Nursing Assistant I or Nursing Assistant II and NA I listing with DSHR.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience working with Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation.

Performs direct patient care within his/her scope of practice, as a member of the health care team. Works
under the direction of a registered nurse. Frequent moving, lifting, and positioning of patients as well as
pushing and pulling of wheelchairs and stretchers along with additional equipment. Assigned patients may be
from adult through geriatrics. Involves clerical duties in relation to the admission, transfer, and daily care of
patients on the assigned unit. May involve frequent interactions with physicians.
