ClassWallet’s technology helps our clients by automating the paper-intensive, incredibly time-consuming processes that exist in the purchasing and reconciliation process.
The MDR Team is a critical part of the Sales Organization to support our Go-To-Market strategy with a strong base of viable leads for outbound sales and marketing activity. This role focuses our CRM database, verifying Company and Contact information and an introduction to the sales and marketing team within ClassWallet.
Requirements
Responsibilities
  • Identify and target appropriate decision-makers
  • Update CRM with verified Companies and Contact information
  • Populate Contact Lists with viable number of Leads based on quote set by Sales Leadership
  • Embody team player mentality
  • Stay up to date with new organizational offerings/advancements and changes - Support sales process/lifecycle as needed
  • Adding and Updating new accounts based on Sales and Marketing Strategy
  • Conduct contact verification calls when needed to gather information and validate information about potential new customers
Skills & Abilities
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong time management skills required
  • Coachable, passionate with the desire to grow and improve
  • 6+ months experience in sales development or sales enablement
  • Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Company Information Database/Wiki, team chat, & online video conferencing tools preferred - CRM (SalesForce.com) experience preferred
  • Professional phone and communication skills are required
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • CRM experience (Hubspot preferred)
