Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manager of Talent Development to join our team. In this role, you will:
  • Be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive talent development strategy that aligns with the organizational objectives and enhances employee growth and development
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of talent development professionals
  • Conduct training needs assessments and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Design, develop and implement talent development programs, including mentoring, coaching, leadership development, and succession planning, to enhance the professional growth of employees
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to develop and implement talent development initiatives
  • Develop metrics and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of talent development programs and report progress to senior leadership
  • Work with HR and leadership to develop career paths and create career development plans for employees
  • Possess excellent leadership skills, have experience in talent management and development, and be able to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve goals
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify skill gaps and design appropriate training programs to close those gaps

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 130,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years’ experience of demonstrated ability to develop metrics and analyze data to drive business decisions
  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing talent development programs

Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
