We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our team as a Registrar Services Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to our students and institutional partners. As a leader, you will drive integrity, accuracy, and timeliness in our processes while also improving our services continually.
As the Registrar Services Manager, you will manage a team and work closely with senior leadership to evaluate our operational practices, processes, and customer service to provide recommendations for improvement. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our department is appropriately staffed, and colleagues are trained and supervised effectively.
In addition to managing our team, you will also be responsible for quantifying and reporting enrollment figures, researching student matters, and ensuring that all staff members are knowledgeable about university policies and federal and state regulations. You will also be responsible for responding to escalated matters in a timely and professional manner.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4-7 years of professional experience, including people management experience. You should also have experience working in a service-oriented industry and environment and exceptional leadership, critical thinking, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills. Additionally, you should be able to work independently, adapt to change quickly, and interact with all levels of the organization.
