We’re seeking a Manager of Strategic Partnerships- West Region who has extensive experience creating and maintaining sales growth, revenue opportunities, and strategic business partnerships. EBTH is a vibrant, game-changing company and we’re looking for an all-out team player that can thrive in a startup culture and revolutionize the way personal property is bought and sold.

TASKS YOU’LL BE JUGGLING


  • Coach sales representatives to navigate industry verticals and acquire sales from partners.
  • Prioritize account sales goals and EBTH category balance and capacity.
  • Assist in training sales representatives skills related to; sales, presentations, negotiation, and general business acumen.
  • Identify trends and opportunities within various industry verticals.
  • Represent EBTH as a world class business.
  • Build collaborative relationship with multiple business departments to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Report and track revenue metrics and trends.
  • Identify and develop new revenue categories based on trends in the resale marketplace.
  • Identify and execute marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Schedule, edit and review business seller sales on the EBTH site.
  • Identify and establish new strategic B2B relationships which will generate sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies which mutually increase the value of EBTH’s partnerships.
  • Secure contracts with EBTH’s direct clients/sellers.
  • Retain and expand value and revenue derived from partnerships.
  • Achieve aggressive goals related to revenue growth and business development metrics.


CREDENTIALS WE ARE SEEKING


  • Previous experience in luxury item and/or the art and collectible sales arena.
  • Positive, energetic and fun attitude.
  • Prior experience working in a technology focused or start-up environment.
  • Experience managing a business development and/or sales team.
  • Willingness to travel 25+%
  • Proven track record in managing successful revenue-generating partner programs.
  • BA/BS degree (MBA Preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excited to be a part of a dynamic and high growth company.
  • Ability to fuse business, strategy, finance and legal concepts to lead complex and fruitful collaborative relationships.
  • Extensive contract negotiation experience.
  • 4+ years of high level level luxury sales/business development experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Unwavering professional and personal ethics.
  • Exceptional presentation/public speaking skills.
  • Ability to embrace change and thrive within shifting responsibilities and objectives.
  • Ability to “think on their feet”,and execute quickly.
  • Experience with establishing, maintaining and leveraging C-level relationships.
  • Proven ability to achieve $5MM+ annual sales/revenue goals.
