Supports the SVP Omni-Channel Marketing to develop strategies for the shopper marketing, ecommerce and partnership strategies for all Flowers brands. Assists in development and execution of the annual shopper marketing and ecommerce plans aligned with budgets for all Flowers brands. Supports the development of short-term and long-term partnership strategies to align with immediate brand needs and long-term brand strategies.
Job Responsibilities
•Collaborates with the BU Brand Managers to execute all shopper and ecommerce programs and ensure alignment with the overall brand strategies.
•Leads providing all creative, assets and required content to the shopper agency, shopper vendors, and ecommerce partners for all program execution.
•Budget management support for all shopper and Ecommerce programs.
•Collaborate with Retail Sales to leverage customer goals and insights to develop shopper programs to drive BU growth and build brand equity.
•Build local and national strategic cross-promotional partnerships to provide meal solutions that drive incremental displays at retail.
•Continue to enhance existing partnerships (e.g. USO), build on successes and seek new opportunities.
•Track, measure and post evaluation of all major activity in plan, in order to continually improve shopper impact effectiveness and ROI.
•Leverage key learnings across all Flowers Foods Brands to drive smarter decisions and efficiencies.
•Supports the oversight of a $16M Shopper Marketing/Ecommerce Budget.
•Stay current on shopper marketing trends, both online and brick-and-mortar, and the best ways to leverage to impact shopper behavior.
Desired Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or brand management.
