Job Responsibilities

• Follow legal policies as directed
• Drives ongoing process improvement to deliver increasing efficiency in all processes.
• Anticipate, monitor, and respond to changing operational and business KPI’s.
• Document and maintain reporting of onboarding pipeline at each stage of the process.
• Regularly collaborates with partners on potential program and system improvements.
• Lead and direct a team of trainers and contracting associates.
• Communicate to business stakeholders (merchandising, partner care, etc.) status of all new supplier's progress to assist with the finalized product assortment plans.
• Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.
• Ensure associates follow up with potential and new Suppliers to move them through the acquisition and onboarding process, answer any questions and concerns.
• Maintain and create training materials to reflect all new processes and policies.
• Define overarching training goals with a focus on forward looking strategy.
• Identify roadblocks and provide solutions to allow for maximum automation and self-service.
• Continually research new training strategies to optimize partner onboarding.

Job Requirements

• Experience hiring and leading diverse teams.
• Experience in communicating complex business concepts in verbal and written form.
• Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment.
• Experience in at least two related fields: team management, account management, product management, project management, or training facilitation
• Proactive attitude: willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail.

Skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience in online retail, supply chain, logistics or training is a plus.
• Good balance of strategic thinking and operational execution
• Comfortable in technology-driven business environment
• Proven ability to scale and grow with a business.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to use critical thinking in analyzing and resolving problems.
• Prior experience in a high performance, fast-paced industry

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Base Salary Range
$62,000 - $77,000 per year

Physical Requirements
This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
