The Director Business Development will support the overall Business Operations, logistics and standard operation procedures including sales development and execution process, and be responsible for designated key initiatives across the organization. The incumbent will work closely with all partners to operate and execute the organization’s business development plan, lead the entertainment, sports, conventions, meeting and special events initiatives and focus on designated targets and market segments identified for business growth. This position will support the implementation growing opportunities and important business for Events DC inclusive of event attraction, branding, visibility and community engagement. This position reports directly to the within the Sports & Entertainment Division.
