Successful candidates will have 5+years of management consulting, financial services
and digital banking (online/mobile platforms) experience with examples of superior
results within the consumer banking business model including channels, products,
platforms and operations.
Within management consulting, the candidate will bring knowledge and experience
related to applying frameworks, methods, tools, and techniques to help address client
issues.In addition, the candidate should demonstrate the ability to independently
manage assigned tasks and activities; winning candidates will demonstrate an ability to
participate in client sessions, document challenges, contribute to solutioning, and help
implement change.Finally, Sia consultants possess a strong work ethic, adaptability,
an analytical mind, exhibit intellectual curiosity, and possess a willingness to build
domain knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Prepare for and facilitate successful client and internal meetings
- Strategic Change Management
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to both give and receive knowledge
- Leading or managing engagements specific to digital banking topics, such as
- Product Development
- Maintain and share understanding of digital banking best practices and leading trends across large banking organizations and Fintech
- Support client work as part of an on-site or remote team
- Apply standard project delivery principles and practices to client work
- Contribute to the development of high-quality, timely client deliverables
- Assist in the coordination and development of client proposals
- Support internal initiatives, thought leadership, and people development
- Client Onboarding
- Management Reporting
- Customer Journeys
- Perform market research, business analysis; build executive presentations
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to enhance client digital ecosystems
- Learn and apply subject matter expertise from a domain, product, functional, or technical perspective
- Help drive status reports, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health
- Regulatory Compliance
- Mobile Wallet/Payments
- Business and Operational Process Enhancements
- FS background preferred but not required
- Proven communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience supporting the construction of executive presentations
- Moderate knowledge and understanding of technology and innovation driving the digital consumer banking business.
- Moderate knowledge and skill in consumer banking products and services
- Experience supporting client interview sessions - taking accurate notes, providing meeting minutes, scheduling client meetings, etc.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in digital banking, including authentication & fraud mitigation best practices
- Knowledge of digital banking architectures and architecture approaches
- Trained to moderate knowledge and skill in project management
- An ability to transform your domain knowledge and project experiences into published content for Sia Partners Insights
- Bachelor’s degree required in business or related field
- Act as a supportive team player who actively develops relationships and is eager to share knowledge with colleagues and our clients
- Flexibility in approach and a willingness to adapt quickly and take initiative when working in unstructured environments with limited supervision
- Experience in conceptualizing new products and business models in a digital and technology-driven environment
- 3+ years of management consulting experience

Hybrid Workplace Guidelines
Sia Partners maintains its hybrid workplace arrangements and provides a flexible workplace environment that is driven by client and business/market needs. While our firm does support hybrid work, there are times that we may require our consultants to work onsite at one of our Sia offices or a client office full-time. Consultants are expected to have the ability to be flexible with work location depending upon business needs. When in-between client engagements, Consultants typically work onsite at a local Sia office 2+ times per week.
