Job Description

Summary: The Human Resources Manager, Benefits and Leaves is responsible for managing all of CharterCARE's Benefits and Leaves policies, programs and initiatives. As a member of the HR Leadership team, this position will report to the Director of Human Resources and PMH Corporate Director of Benefits. Overseeing the Benefits Coordinator and Administrator of Absence and Injury Management, this position plays a key role in managing the organization's health and welfare plans and federal and state leave programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations as well as and HR Benefits Policies and Procedures. Provides assistance to other Human Resources staff, employees, and vendors to ensure the effective resolution of benefit issues and problems. Coordinates benefit program communications and enrollments.

Education: BS Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered. MBA or MS Degree preferred. Registered Employee Benefits Specialist or related designation preferred. PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.

Experience: Five (5) years of relevant experience in benefits and pension plan administration. Experience in managing teams and working in a team environment.

Schedule: Full Time regular (64-80 hrs), 1, 8 am - 5 pm
