The People Services function will take on and centralize critical, operational Human Resources work with a goal of increasing collaboration, leveraging shared knowledge, and creating a more consistent employee experience. This position will develop Trends and Budgets for Internal Personnel Costs and Headcount by P&L line as well as overseeing analyst detail work to achieve results. This includes the integration, validation, and publication of headcount and personnel costs in financial systems, as well as assisting in the financial close.
