We are seeking a highly motivated, positive and responsible Customer Service Representative for our operations office in Houston TEXAS Branch.
This position is great to improve your E- Commerce Customer Service Skills and management skills in one of the fastest growing global online auto accessories distributor business in an international team.
JOB DUTIES:
-The team is responsible for all customer service activities include all Amazon, ebay, Walmart, Shopify customer emails, phone calls, chats, visiting customers, return processes and all customer service processes of OMAC USA.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates or higher level degree on business administration, marketing, sales, psychology or any administrative degrees.
- Great written and verbal communication skills in English for great results in customer service. Bi-lingual is plus.
- Experience and basic skills on office programs for reporting and presentations (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint...)
- All experience & skills below is a big plus for the position requirements.
+Amazon, ebay, Walmart, Shopify customer service experience.
+Basic e-commerce, return, refund etc process info
- Productivity, multitask work skills, time management, problem solving, professional work ethic, discipline, responsibility and giving feedback to managers on time is the key for success in this position.
