Job Title: Head of Ecommerce

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Ecommerce. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our ecommerce operations and paid marketing efforts. As the primary leader in this area, you will manage our Shopify store, Amazon store, email campaigns, and Facebook and Google ad campaigns either directly or managing agencies. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Shopify, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Klaviyo, and Amazon, with a proven track record of driving successful ecommerce strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Ecommerce Platforms: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify and Amazon stores, ensuring product listings, pricing, and inventory are up-to-date and optimized for maximum conversion and sales.

Paid Marketing Campaigns: Develop, execute, and monitor effective paid marketing campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and achieve revenue targets. You will be responsible for managing the agencies responsible for each platform and ensuring effective use of marketing spend.

Email Marketing: Create and execute segmented email campaigns using Klaviyo to engage with customers, nurture leads, and drive repeat business. Managing the agency or individuals responsible for these campaigns or managing them yourself.

Analytics and Reporting: Analyze key performance metrics, sales data, and marketing analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Present regular reports to the executive team.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement strategies to improve website conversion rates, reduce cart abandonment, and enhance overall user experience.

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of ecommerce and marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in ecommerce, digital marketing, and advertising, and incorporate innovative ideas into our strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through ecommerce channels.
• Expertise in Shopify, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Klaviyo, and Amazon Seller Central.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Shopify Experience/Expertise is a Must.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in ecommerce management and digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with web design principles and UX/UI concepts.
• Previous experience with other ecommerce platforms and marketing tools.
• Knowledge of SEO strategies and best practices.
• Experience in managing ecommerce operations within the direct to consumer sector.

Location and Work Arrangement:

This position is based at our McKinney, TX location, with hybrid (min 3 days in office per week) work arrangement available.
