Order Management Senior Analyst / Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervises the operability of the order before expiration date.
• Assures the fulfilment of purchase orders as required.
• Supervises the process of Purchase Orders.
• Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
• Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
• Involves in those requests for quotations received from Tenaris CFE defined as complex, analyzing requirements, and providing advisory to CFE in all the topics considered critical related to the complexity of the offer: logistics, deliveries, business scheme, with the objective of securing the fulfilment of what it is offered and anticipate potential problems that might appear during the execution of the business.
