The Customer and Partner Services (CPS) organization is responsible for all aspects of customer care related to the quote-to-cash process. As the SaaS Revenue Operations Advisor, you are the primary contact for complex booking and contract inquiries and will advise on proper application of technical guidance, drive process improvements and participate in system enhancements and acquisition integrations.


The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both independently and in a team setting bringing innovative ideas to the table. Adherence to deadlines, a strong technology acumen, and knowledge of the ASC606 revenue recognition standard is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews, approves, and/or rejects orders with high attention to detail regarding knowledge of SKUs and communication that is customer centric.
  • Collaborates with functional leaders on ownership for and content associated with end-to-end processes and metrics for managing and measuring business outcomes.
  • Interfaces with various Zebra leaders and analysts to assemble, organize, synthesize, and meaningfully interpret information valuable for business decision making.
  • Meets or exceeds all department and individual metrics associated with performance against service level agreements.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to proactively remove any issue that could delay a sale
  • Triages, troubleshoots, and provides direction to cross-functional business units related to inquiries and issues directly affecting the customer.
  • Supports the design, testing and roll-out of enhancements and integration of acquired companies.
  • Liaises with revenue and legal teams by providing input on deal structures and executing creation of the resulting sales quotes.
  • Responsible for pipeline forecast analysis, consisting of deal construction and review, proper deal and item structure, correct commercial agreements, and proper financials.
  • Drives contract review to ensure proper application of technical guidance.
  • Captures all sales contract data in a timely manner, consistent with all compliance requirements, and allowing for the successful completion of all downstream fulfillment, reporting, and renewal activities.
  • Oversees the order-to-cash cycle to ensure proper execution of contracts for billing and revenue.
  • Works with the Revenue Accounting team to assure bookings-to-revenue process results in proper outcomes.
  • Key subject matter resource for internal stakeholders related to complex booking scenarios.
  • Designs and suggests automation for processes that support the efficient execution of contracts and collection of data.

Qualifications:


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in a related field, preferably at a SaaS company required
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the ASC 606 revenue recognition standard required
  • Demonstrated experience in order-to-cash and contract reconciliation processes required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid execution skills and demonstrated track record of accountability
  • Travel Requirements: 10% or less
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Oracle (CRM system), implementation, and reporting experience
  • Commercial contract reconciliation experience
  • Advanced communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor
  • Team player with ability to work independently, proactively respond to inquiries, and deliver results
  • Adaptive interaction profile that bridges from front-line to executive leaders
  • Ability to digest complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

USD 114800.00 - USD 172200.00 Yearly


Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
