M&A Analyst Jobs

The M&A and Corporate Development Team is directly involved in the design, origination, structuring and execution of business development and corporate development/M&A transactions for technology companies. You are expected to understand the technology industry, identify key market and product trends, and provide input on pitch and deal material to effectively support transactions on behalf of our clients.

You will be assigned to a variety of projects and are given a broad range of responsibilities.

We have a significant presence across all major technology verticals. Your day-to-day activities include financial analysis and modeling, preparing client presentations and conducting market research, among other activities.

Responsibilities

• Support in the analysis and evaluation of specific technologies, business models, and industry verticals;
• Working directly with the project manager on corporate development and M&A projects;
• Prepare financials models, valuations, comparable & relative value analyses and market-specific analysis;
• Conduct quantitative economic, industry and company research;
• Independently work on project streams such as preparation of transaction documents, financial models and company presentations;
• Support in the preparation of due diligence documentation;

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance or Business/Economics or internship experience in management consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, hedge fund, or product management in the technology industry;
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong quantitative background and analytical skills;
• Demonstrated interest in startup / tech community / entrepreneurship / venture capital;
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel capabilities;
