Our client, a leading lifestyle management company are expanding internationally to New York. They are looking to add a Junior Lifestyle Manager to their Upper East Side office to assist their New York UHNWI clients experience the best that they have to offer. This will include extraordinary crafted trips and lifestyle management services. This role is fully in office 5 days a week on the UES. This is a perfect role for someone with a passion for travel and lifestyle management who is wanting to work for a company that promotes growth internally.
The Role:
In this role you would be offering support to their existing and growing team of lifestyle managers, which will lead to growing your own list of clientele. You will also support the New York office itself and work with their London office from time to time.
Duties Include:
- Invoicing and reporting for clients and the office.
- Organizing any range of concierge requests from the client – may include sourcing or project managing.
- Research and travel bookings which can include private jets, chartering planes, hotels, villas, restaurant reservations and ground transportation.
- Researching and creation of presentations for clients.
- The occasional need of event and project management assistance related and travel depending on client’s needs.
- Interacting with suppliers
Candidate:
Their ideal candidate would be someone with 2-5 years in the travel or concierge industry as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant. You will be client service minded and be very discrete. You will have a passion for travel and lifestyle management and always be one step ahead. Excellent organization, communication, and time-management, along with excellent written and verbal skills, a fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of Microsoft, keynote, and presentation skills, along with Salesforce experience.

- $500 clothing allowance (per year)

After 2 full years of employment:
- 10 weeks full pay maternity leave
- Ability to work remotely anywhere in the world for 2 weeks (employee to cover associated costs)
