Operations Manager - Cpg Company!

Our client, a fast-growing CPG start-up, is looking for an Operations Manager to help scale with major retailers across the US!

Responsibilities

• Continuously strategize to improve process efficiency
• Create spec sheets
• Set up workflows around warehousing, logistics, and inventory
• Manage all inventory planning and forecasting
• Analyze business trends
• Manage paperwork for tradeshows

Requirements

• Experience working with ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Authorized to work in the US
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CPG, preferably in the food sector, with relevant operations experience
• Proficient in Excel, Air Table
• Highly analytical
• Detail-oriented and organized
