Job Description

Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.


Responsibilities

Assist guests with “Insightful” information about the city, major attractions, top restaurants, bars & night clubs etc.

Offer and arrange car rental, airline and train tickets, office services, local events, cultural events, beauty and wellness services, baby sitting, shopping for the guests, arrange restaurant bookings, transportation.

Handle all guests’ requests and full fill them as quickly as possible.

To be able to inform guests about the hotel & its services.

Work closely with Front Desk staff and provide a wonderful guest experience


Qualifications

Member of Les Clefs d'Or preferred

Flexible to work different shifts as well as weekends and holidays

Be a people person
