The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of People Data Science to join our dynamic team. As the Director of People Data Science, you will lead our efforts in machine learning (ML), statistical model development, and drive the adoption of our software and products. Collaborating closely with our customers, engineering team, and stakeholders, you will create and deliver innovative data science solutions to address the people data and analytics needs of our customers. You will also spearhead the integration of natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLM), and modern AI technologies into our product offerings.

What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver cutting-edge statistical, machine learning, and data science models to derive valuable insights related to people
• Lead the integration of NLP, LLM, and other modern AI technologies to enhance the analysis of people data
• Partner with customers to solve their people data and analytics needs, enabling them to make informed people decisions
• Rapidly prototype and iterate data science solutions, aligning them with customer requirements
• Collaborate with engineering teams to transform prototypes into scalable, production-ready product features
• Drive the adoption and utilization of Included software and products for advanced people data analysis

Key Competencies

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Demonstrated track record of leading data science initiatives and projects.
• Extensive experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data science, with a focus on people-related data and analytics.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics); advanced degree preferred.
• Deep understanding of NLP, LLM, and modern AI technologies.
• Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role is highly preferred.
