DETAILS: Warehouse Manager
COMPENSATION: $90,000 - $110,000 Base, plus Bonus, Benefits on day 1
LOCATION: Fort Worth, TX
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager that will be responsible for managing and directing all aspects of warehousing and related functions. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for being hands-on in all day-to-day warehousing activities and serve as the strategic leader for all related efforts. As a strategic leader, you will also be responsible for collaborating with the Operations Direction to design and implement improved processes and/or operational policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Warehouse Manager
- Addressing nonconformities from previous internal and external audits.
- Direct activities and provide coaching and guidance to associates, leads, and supervisors.
- Assist the management team and provide support as necessary.
- Interact with procurement to ensure an adequate supply of all inventory and ingredients.
- Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Investigate (and correct) customer issues and complaints.
- Perform internal audits.
- Design, develop and implement warehousing training programs based on quarterly performance reviews
- Oversee the strategic operations within the functional areas of receiving, shipping, storage/distribution of goods, and logistics.
- Provide all employees with necessary tools, proper training, and corrective direction.
- Work alongside and with the team, providing guidance as needed to ensure maximum productivity.
- This managerial position is expected to cultivate a culture in line with core company values.
- Create and implement processes and procedures.
- Work with leadership to complete the given directives of the Company.
- Coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other company objectives to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
- Manage the department engaged in essential warehouse functions (receiving, shipping, and distribution) to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity.
- Ensure that documentation and design controls are appropriate for the organization.
- Follow up on and close pending preventive and corrective action requests.
- Maintain an active role on internal continuous improvement teams.
- Conducting a management review of the warehouse’s essential functions.
REQUIREMENTS: Warehouse Manager
- Experience working with logistics team
- BS/BA Degree (Experience may substitute for Education)
- At least 5 years of work experience in warehouse management,
