In the Lead Enterprise Architect role, you be responsible for developing and implementing long and short-term product plans for Next Gen Transportation advanced network services. You will manage and develop product engagement and marketing plans to support the product throughout the product life cycle journey. You will Implement technology initiatives across Lines of Business/Value Streams; Establishes Technical Vision & Strategies and drives architectural initiatives for the Portfolio. You will work closely with the Solution Architects and System Engineers to ensure that individual program and product strategies align with business and technical objectives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partners with business, technology and UX teams to design a product that will meet the needs of the business with minimal investment.
- Upon product launch, oversees the day to day operations for the product(s) under their purview. Presents results of product performance and demand to executives, and makes recommendations and changes to improve and support their product(s) and related business systems.
- Creates product roadmap and project plan artifacts. May be responsible for managing budgets, acquiring estimates and the requests for funding. Works closely with the Pricing Team to develop pricing strategies.
- Engages with potential enterprise customers and/or technology partners to position new product capabilities and facilitate proof-of-concept testing or trial testing in an AT&T lab environment or the macro mobile network prior to formal product introduction.
- Defines the addressable market for their product(s), including competitive analysis, and definition of product functionality. Prepares and presents business cases with financial models for new products and services.
- Research, designs, plans, develops, and evaluates new products by translating and documenting customer requirements into final product design. Analyze customer needs, identifies priorities for new products or services and enhancements.
- Creates concise presentation materials for internal peer stakeholders and executives, and external customer presentations/collateral to drive market demand for their product(s).
- Develops product and go-to-market strategies, and will be responsible for the coordination of product development efforts across multiple Next Gen Transportation industry verticals.
Experience & Qualifications desired:
- High proficiency with office productivity tools
- 10+ years product experience in the telecommunications and automotive industries.
- Experience with business case development and lifecycle product management
- Working knowledge of AT&T Control Center, IoT Gateway, Universal and Telegence biller systems
- Masters of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; Developer nanodegree; or equivalent experience.
