Responsibilities:

·Developing and implementing a comprehensive test data management strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

·Leading the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Delphix data virtualization platform for test data management purposes. This may involve configuring, managing, and optimizing the Delphix environment.

·Working closely with various teams, such as development, testing, and quality assurance, to ensure the timely provisioning of test data that meets the specific requirements of each project or testing phase.

·Overseeing the implementation of data masking and subsetting techniques to ensure the protection of sensitive or confidential data while maintaining data realism and integrity.

·Managing the process of regularly refreshing test data sets to ensure accurate and up-to-date testing environments. This may involve creating data versioning mechanisms to enable the rollback or reproduction of specific test scenarios.

·Collaborating with stakeholders, including business users, application owners, and data owners, to understand their data requirements and coordinate data provisioning activities accordingly.

·Monitoring the performance of the Delphix environment, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing resource utilization to ensure efficient test data management operations.

·Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or challenges related to the Delphix platform, data provisioning, data masking, or other test data management processes.

·Providing training and guidance to team members or end-users on the effective use of Delphix for test data management. Creating and maintaining documentation for processes, procedures, and best practices.

·Identifying areas for improvement in test data management processes, tools, or methodologies and implementing enhancements to increase efficiency, data quality, and overall effectiveness.
