Responsibilities
Foster effective communication with internal and external audiences through various platforms, including email, telephone, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom, ensuring the exchange of accurate and timely information.
Supervise a team of up to ten casual instructors, providing guidance and support to enhance their teaching capabilities.
Embrace a flexible work schedule, primarily remote, with occasional in-person teaching assignments on-site.
Collaborate with casual instructors, parents, and students, often outside regular business hours, to ensure a positive learning experience.
Participate in mandatory online training on child abuse prevention and adhere to appropriate conduct around children, promoting their safety and well-being.
Perform other assigned duties to contribute to the success of our educational programs.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a content-related field from an accredited college/university.
Minimum Of Five Years Of Teaching Experience.
Master's Degree strongly preferred.
Demonstrated excellence in organizational and communication skills.
Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in teaching both in-person and online, utilizing digital tools such as Moodle, HTML, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Respondus.
