Experience with performance/code optimization techniques is a plus.

Analyze and design effective compiler optimization;

Implement or enhance code generation targeting mobile platforms;

Analyze and improve the efficiency of our toolchains and build systems with compiler techniques;

Oversee network operations and application management.

Develop IT management procedures and processes that will suit the needs of the facilities now and in the future.

Experience working with and managing remote teams.

Previous manufacturing or engineering experience.

5+ years of experience in a technology environment

Provide leadership to estimating/cost management team when necessary, ensure the delivery on all of accountabilities.

Staff management experience is required

Identify improvements for cost management procedures, templates, and products, and refer ideas to appropriate line manager.

Manage cost checks and carry out valuations on larger projects, and ensure timely and accurate cost checking, and valuation process.

10+ years of estimating construction experience within transportation (Rail, Roads, Bridges, Highways, Aviation)

Develop cost estimates from drawings and specifications.

In depth knowledge of system security; privileged access management, baseline configuration standards, network security.

In depth knowledge of voice transport technologies and communication protocols; SBCs, SIPREC, SIP, RTP etc.

Understanding and designing systems as per regulatory/auditory requirement

Create detailed architecture designs for next generation voice recording platforms

Provide technical direction to various teams and identify frameworks and come up with designs to meet business needs

Solution and plan for high availability, scalable, performant and resilient voice recording systems
