As a Lead Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing a strong and engaged community around our company's game products. You will be responsible for managing our online presence, interacting with community members, and collaborating with influencers to enhance brand visibility and drive community growth.

• Implement strategies to grow and diversify the community.
• Act as the liaison between the community and internal teams.
• Collaborate with influencers for strategic partnerships and brand visibility.
• Create compelling content to promote game products and foster interaction.
• Plan and execute community events, competitions, and campaigns.
• Manage and engage with the community across online platforms.
• Gather and analyze community feedback for continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications in the gaming space is a plus
• Ability to create engaging content.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong interpersonal and management skills.
• Minimum 2 years of community management experience, preferably in the crypto or gaming industry.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Strong interest and knowledge in the crypto industry and gaming trends.
• Proficiency in using various social media platforms, such as Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and Reddit.
• Understanding of social media analytics and tools for community management.
